High-risk eCheck processing gateway and bank-payment technology

A Check-Based Payment Option Designed for High-Risk Businesses

This service is not being presented as standard ACH processing. Customers authorize check payments using their bank-account information, and the provider creates and processes remotely created checks through its approved banking workflow. The structure can provide a practical card alternative for eligible high-risk businesses while preserving electronic records, customer authorization details, and gateway reporting.

Why Businesses Consider High-Risk eCheck

Some industries face card-processing restrictions because of chargeback exposure, regulatory review, future delivery, continuity billing, or prior processing history. A properly underwritten check-processing account can provide another way to collect authorized customer payments.

Alternative to Card ProcessingProvide a payment route that does not rely on the credit-card networks.
Remote Customer PaymentsAccept authorized payments through invoices, secure links, a gateway, or supported website tools.
Recurring Payment SchedulesConfigure authorized billing schedules for eligible business models and customers.
Transaction RecordsMaintain electronic authorization, receipt, customer, payment, and reporting information.

How The Remotely Created Check Process Works

The customer authorizes the payment and supplies the required bank information. The transaction is submitted through the gateway, a remotely created check is produced through the provider's approved process, and the check is deposited for collection. Timing, verification, returns, and deposit availability depend on the account, bank, and selected service options.

Step 01

Customer Authorization

Collect the customer's authorization and required checking-account information through an approved payment method.

Step 02

Check Creation

The authorized transaction is converted into a remotely created check through the provider's processing workflow.

Step 03

Deposit and Reporting

The check is deposited for collection and the merchant tracks activity through the available gateway and reporting tools.
